Historic Rape Allegation Denied

Foster & Coleman have been instructed by a client facing an allegation of historic rape, which is being investigated by West Yorkshire Police. Our client was interviewed voluntarily during which he provided a full and detailed denial, and he has also provided further information to the investigating officer as part of ‘pre charge engagement’. The investigation is currently ongoing.
