More Trial Success for F&C

Foster & Coleman recently acted for a renowned medical professional in relation to Crown Court proceedings for an offence of Voyeurism. After waiting more than three years for the matter to finally get to trial, and despite continued representations from F&C that the prosecution should not proceed, our client was unanimously acquitted by the jury.
