No Further Action

Foster & Coleman were recently instructed by a client who was subject of an investigation for a serious sexual assualt. Following extensive enquiries, which ultimately undermined the allegation, the decision was made to take no further action without the need to refer the matter to the Crown Prosecution Service.
We received a lovely message from our clients incredibly relieved family:
