No Further Action in Rape Allegation

Steve Foster acted for a client arrested last year for an offence of Rape.
During the interview with police our client provided an extensive and detailed prepared statement denying the offence, whilst inviting a download of his mobile phone to support his account.
Subsequent enquires and a full download of the phone produced evidence that cast considerable doubt on the account given by the complainant. After months of anxious waiting for our client and his family, we were delighted to inform them of the police decison to take no further action.
