More success for Paul Coleman in recouping money reluctantly owed by a travel operator, and more grateful feedback from our happily refunded and satisfied client:
'I was referred to Foster and Coleman by a friend of mine, having consistently chased an online travel retailer for a refund which they had promised me nearly a year ago.
I had practically given up on ever getting my money back and had exhausted all avenues; I had been chasing the retailer on a weekly basis, often receiving no response from them and even escalated the case to my bank to no avail.
