Foster & Coleman currently act on behalf of a building contractor in a dispute over the exercise of reasonable care and skill in a residential renovation. The matter is due for trial in early 2025.
Solicitor Tom Walsh has also assisted a client who has been challenging a disputed debt relating to construction works undertaken on their property, whilst exploring their own counterclaim in relation to the works.
